Khai has always had a strong love for the hair industry. She throughly enjoys working with all types of hair, however her passion has always been working with natural hair (being she has the pleasure of embracing her natural all of her life). Her passion never supersedes her love and her respect for her customers. She clearly understands that it is not just about the hair but especially about the service. Weata has been braiding hair for over 18 years. She has worked under a licensed Master Cosmetologist for the past 4 years and caught the vision to mold her behind the chair ministry further at Fearfully Divine Salon. Her passion is to serve women and girls in a way that empowers and uplifts them. She does this by listening closely to the style request and honoring the personality and hair texture of each client. Weata's life is purposed to build and pour into others. She maintains a nonprofit to provide confidence through individual hairstyles regardless of ability to pay for services. Weata is a mother of 3, a former lead teacher, and now teaching support for students in the special education system. Weata specializes in healthy natural styles, like braids, twists, or protective styles with added hair. Weata's clients boast about her patience, diligence, and personal care taken with each client. Her impeccable ability to replicate any style while maintaining your edges is her gift. Weata ensures the client feels fearfully and wonderfully made before leaving the salon. She always says, "It's not just about the hair. It's about the individual. My mission is to grow whatever I put my hands to."
